These are the terms of service for Send-In Items:

Steill LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments either way.

Steill LLC is not responsible for the full value of the item, this includes other signatures added to the item previously.

Steill LLC is only responsible for the value of the autograph unless insurance is purchased. Insurance only covers when we ship it back to you, so if we receive the product damaged, we are not responsible for it.

Steill LLC will ship the items back as we deem fit, meaning you might not get your shipping boxes back. However if you ship items in a top loader, the top loader will be returned.

Instructions for sending in:

Once the order is placed, we will email you the address to send it to. We are located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Put a sticky note on the item with an arrow of where you want the signature to be placed, as well as if you ordered a quote, character name, or a specific colored marker you want used.
Please write the order number on the outside of the box, this should be a 4 digit number.
When shipping, do not put signature required for delivery. We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to this.

Authentication Information:

We have our signings witnessed by either JSA or Beckett. If you give us an item with other autographs already on it, the JSA or Beckett COA will only be for the newly acquired autographs, none of the previous ones will be included in this COA.
